Refund Policy

What is Our Refund Policy?

We will replace or refund your order if the shipment of Ethiopian coffee green beans you received is
incorrect or damaged. We urge you to please contact us immediately, so we can resolve your issue
quickly. Before you sign for the products, inspect the goods to ensure you have received the correct
order. If you find any visible damage, note it and sign for damaged goods.

If you cannot examine the goods, sign for goods uninspected. From there, we will look into the issue and
deal with the matter swiftly. Report defective or damaged goods to us within 24 hours of receiving it. If
you want to cancel your order, do it within 14 days of receiving organic Ethiopian coffee. You will incur
the charge for returning the goods.

All refunds are subject to the condition of the goods and they should be unused, unopened, and in their
original packaging at the time of return. It will take 14 working days for us to process the refund.
However, delivery fees cannot be refunded.

the goods. Provide us your order number as a reference, which you can find in the email order
confirmation and the invoice you received with your delivery.
